I was riding my bike without helmet in hyderabad city . nearby banjara hills. The senior officer including junior officer cheated me by saying that helmet is made compulsory in hyderabad which is not and asked me to pay the challan for fake reason for 100 rs, they informed me that they have given out pomplets and via newspapers this news has been given to all . Which was fake i ve checked all the newspapers online and on google. Its not made compolsory . This is what public servants are doing these days to make money on duty. THere duty is to control the traffic flow but they make money via challan . They dont care about traffic they themselves break all the traffic rules. i Still have the challan for it . I want someone to take serious action against those culprits. i am not the only one paying the fraud challan .
