I bought old factory building and wanted to have electricity to start running machines. HT line was next to outer wall of factory, 50ft of wiring needed. Official charge was 25K, but officer wouldn't come to survey factory and didn't demand bribe directly. Paid several visits to GEB office, but wouldn't even ********** me.
Officer's commission agent asked me to pay 1 lakh, I refused. I wasn't given connection for next two months, ultimately I said screw you and paid 100K and electricity was there in 3 days. *******
