G.e.b top officer took bribe for issuing 22 meters

I am real estate devloper. i am building one building in piplod geb area. i had to pay 160000/- get my 22 meters. we usually give 1500/- to 3000/- per meter.
this officer is so curupt he will not do any thing if money is not paid. he says dgvcl is my father's company. pay me or do what ever you can. he keeps electrical contracts of builders.. he is one man army. people are suffering from his this type of attitude..
