LT CT meter cost Rs 15,000

I paid Rs 15,000/= to lineman for getting fast LT CT meter replaced by DHBVN even when M&P department find meter running fast
Break up : -
1.Meter - Rs7,200
2.Wire from pole to meter - Rs1800
3.TT Box - Rs750
4.Putty & thimble etc -Rs 750
5.Lineman bribe - Rs1,000
6.JE & SDO bribe - Rs3,500
Total money paid = Rs15,000/=
There is no way to get things done in Haryana ********** board other than give bribes.
I suggest DHBVN should reserve one room in all their offices named as "BEGGING ROOM" where the DHBVN staff should sit with begging bowls and start begging instead of working as Govt Officials
