I wanted to get the birth certificate for my nephew. Since his address need to be updated, in the birth certificate I couldn't do it for free online. I wanted it immediately, since it's the matter of changing the address in the system and take a print out and also my nephew's birth certificate is needed immediately in his school for getting the hall ticket for public exams. I went to corporation office and the person incharge made me wait for 3 hours, at the time of closing he said please wait at the browsing center in the same street corner. I waited there, he logged into the govt website from the browsing center, changed the address and printed the birth certificate and took 1200 from me. I didn't have a choice since my work was urgent and I didn't have the time to go 20 kms for one more day. I know, I am as guilty as the person in charge.
