Security code 5234. ON 02 Sept2011, i find my house elec meter reading stopped A lineman of the shahajana ********** ghar asked for the application ,address to the SDO .Around 1300 hr came ,check the meter & other document including last bill payment done.He asked me Rs 11000/ & assured me all will be on record .Meter was replaced in same day A paper called sealing certificate with a stamp reading"bill for meter not charge from customer" was handed over to me .No one bother even the person who did all transaction not seen .even he gave factitious name to me.
