I have purchased a two wheeler make Honda, model - unicorn from a person who has taken the total amount of purchase. he has also signed all the papers required for the transfer procedure of the veichle in myname. Now, as I appproached the concerned department to transfer the owner ship of he veichle in my name, they are asking to get the previous owner to be present before the registering authority. but the personis out of station and not being available to be present before the authority.
HOW I CAN GET MY VEICHLE REGISTERED IN MY NAME ?
