Sir I bought a new car maruti alto800 LXI for taxi purpose on dt. 8.9.2016. unfortunately I cant appear by any urgent reason to RTO office Haldwani. Now I will go to RTO office on Monday 19.09.2016. Kindly help me to guide what is the fee and other charges taxes etc paid by me to rto haldwani.
