No one asked bribe:- Only brokers create irritation
I went to RTO office at jayanagar branch with all required document for 4 wheelers transfer of vehicle registration.
brokers started asking that they would get it done.
I said will do by my self.I asked the employee who guide on the procedure.She didn't guide me well then i went to counter where i need to pay the fees.
Then some one said u need to go and register in computer .I didn't get the full details there also then some one in the queue helped me with the info.
They registered the request and i need to move that from one table to another table.Every one was cooperative might because my documents were accurate and had required info.
I am waiting for the smart card to come to my house by 30th of jun 2011.
