Renewed driving licence
When i went renew my driving licence at RTO office in Bangalore ,I was surprised to find smooth & courteous functioning. They collected only the prescribed fee &gave receipt,took my photograph for the card licence without any hassle.They have also introducd a good system of collecting a self addressed speedpost envelope to send the licence to our address by post.I got my licence by post within 10 days. Good system to be emulated
